And the brand of the week goes to…

All Outland Denim's operations are developed from an ethical and responsible perspective. All persons, individuals or entities who maintain, directly or indirectly, any kind of employment, economic, social and/or industrial relationship with Outland Denim are treated fairly, with respect, and with dignity.

Known for their "Denim for Freedom" approach, Outland Denim is an avenue for the training and employment of women who have experienced sex trafficking. These women now create premium denim from the finest raw materials from all around the globe. With a holistic approach to supporting their staff, the brand has managed to give stable employment to 750 people in Cambodia. Outland Denim also focuses highly on using 86% less water, 57% less energy, and 83% less chemicals in the Cambodian wash and finishing facilities to have less environmental impact.

"Outland was founded on high ground - both ethically and geographically. Born on an Australian mountain top and made with the makers in mind, our origins are with a guy named James who conceived of a plan to give jobs to young women who desperately needed them circa 2011."
